Any personalised products are non-refundable upon completion of the printing process, only if there is damage in shipping will a product be refunded or remade upon receiving the product back for inspection.

Any non-personalised products can only be returned, refunded or exchanged should damage happen during shipment, any damages after delivery will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange.

All products are packaged and shipped with care and attention to detail, ensuring the correct packaging is provided for each individual product.

We only ship in the UK at current time.

We aim to ship within 48-72 hours of orders being received, with next day delivery being available, however all shipping options can be seen on the checkout page.
